Privacy policy
How we handle information from this website, the phone number on it, quote requests, lead-path maps, and shops we set up.
Last updated September 4, 2026. This is how ResponseOp handles the site, your information, and texts. It is not legal advice.
1. Who we are
Brenden Vaughan, doing business as ResponseOp. Questions and privacy requests: brenden@venturestacklabs.com.
2. Scope
On this site, missed-call texts come from (737) 265-3219. If we set the same loop up for your shop, texts and owner alerts may use that shop’s number and inbox. This policy still applies: we collect what we need to confirm we heard the person who reached out and to notify the owner.
3. What we collect
- Quote request (request a callback or See it): name, phone, email, job type, city/area, urgency, notes, and whether the text-me box was checked.
- Lead-path map (Start): name, email, optional phone, business name, website, service category, where leads come from, what happens after an inquiry, where leads get missed, job value, response time, tools, budget, timeline, and notes. That page does not have a separate text-me box.
- Inbound calls to a ResponseOp number: caller ID, time, whether the owner answered, and the call identifier from the phone company. We keep a record for answered calls and for misses. We do not record call audio.
- Owner contacts: the mobile number and email used for alerts.
We do not ask for Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, or payment-card numbers on these pages. Job notes are free text; do not put medical or payment details there.
4. How we use it
We use this information to:
- email the owner that a quote, lead path, or missed call came in;
- email a confirmation to the person who submitted a form;
- text a confirmation or owner alert as described in the SMS terms;
- save the inquiry so the owner can follow up;
- run and fix the service.
If the owner answers an inbound call, we still save the call. We do not text that caller, and we do not send a missed-call alert.
We do not sell personal data. We do not buy lead lists. We do not send marketing blast texts.
5. SMS and email
Texts from this site come from (737) 265-3219. A shop we set up may text from that shop’s number. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. How often you hear from us depends on inbound calls and form submissions. Full consent rules are on the SMS terms.
People who submit a form get email confirmation. Owner alerts go to the owner inboxes on file. If we ever send commercial email that is not a confirmation of something you already started, it will identify ResponseOp and include an unsubscribe path as required by the CAN-SPAM Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7701 et seq.
6. Who we share it with
We share data with the companies that send the call, text, email, and saved record:
- Twilio — voice and SMS
- Resend — email
- Vercel — hosting
- Supabase — saved leads, when that shop is connected
We share the inquiry with the business that received it. On this site, that is ResponseOp. On a shop we set up, that is the shop. We do not sell personal data to third parties. If we have not connected storage for that shop, the lead may exist only in the owner’s email and texts.
7. Cookies, logs, and tracking
The site needs ordinary technical cookies or storage to function. Forms do not collect IP address or browser type as lead fields. Hosts and processors may keep ordinary request and delivery logs (for example, whether a text or email sent). We do not run advertising pixels or analytics packages on these pages as of September 4, 2026.
8. Texas Data Privacy and Security Act
Tex. Bus. & Com. Code ch. 541 applies to a person that conducts business in Texas or produces a product or service consumed by Texas residents, processes or sells personal data, and is not a small business as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration — except that even a small business may not sell sensitive personal data without the consumer’s prior consent. See §§ 541.002 and 541.107.
ResponseOp is operated as a sole proprietorship and is treated here as an SBA small business. We do not sell personal data, including sensitive data. If that size status changes, we will update this policy and honor the Texas consumer rights in Subchapter B of Chapter 541 (access, correction, deletion, and opt-out of sale or targeted advertising) for Texas residents.
You can email us now to ask what we have, correct it, or delete it. We will do that unless we must keep a record to complete a transaction, prevent fraud, debug a failure, or comply with law.
9. Texas breach notice
“Sensitive personal information” under Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 521.002 is a name plus SSN, government ID, or financial-account credentials, or information that identifies a person and relates to health care. A “breach of system security” under § 521.053 is unauthorized acquisition of computerized data that compromises that sensitive information.
Our ordinary lead records are name, phone, email, and job notes — not the identifiers in § 521.002(2)(A). If we ever maintain sensitive personal information and a breach of system security occurs, we will notify affected individuals without unreasonable delay and not later than the 60th day after we determine the breach occurred, and we will notify the Texas Attorney General electronically within 30 days if the breach involves at least 250 Texas residents. See § 521.053(b), (i).
10. Children
The site is for business owners and adults requesting a trade service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. Retention
We keep a lead long enough for the owner to follow up and for us to fix a failed send, including call records when the owner answered. We do not keep records longer than the work requires. You can ask us to delete a record using the email above.
12. Changes
If this policy changes in a material way, we will update the date at the top of this page.
