Terms
Website and service terms
Using this website and buying ResponseOp work. If we agree to different terms in writing, those control. Text rules are on the SMS page.
Last updated September 4, 2026. This is how ResponseOp handles the site, your information, and texts. It is not legal advice.
1. Who we are
Brenden Vaughan, doing business as ResponseOp, in Texas. Contact brenden@venturestacklabs.com.
2. Agreement
Using this site means you agree to these website terms. Buying Map, Build, or Care means you also agree to the paid-work terms below, unless a written order, invoice, or confirmation replaces them for that job.
3. What ResponseOp is
ResponseOp installs a first-response loop for lead-driven local service businesses: a quote path and a missed-call path so the person who reached out gets a receipt, the owner gets notified, and the lead is saved. The number (737) 265-3219 on this site shows the missed-call path.
4. What ResponseOp is not
ResponseOp is not a CRM, answering service, ad agency, or a promise that a job will be booked. We sell against paid leads dying in voicemail. That is not a warranty of a dollar amount recovered. Texas’s Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act, Tex. Bus. & Com. Code ch. 17, Subch. E, prohibits false, misleading, or deceptive acts in trade. We describe the work we install.
5. Using the website
You may use these pages to learn about the service, send a lead-path map, request a callback, or call (737) 265-3219. Do not abuse the forms, scrape the site, or send automated junk. The site is provided as-is. Phone-company delays can block a text or email even when the form says it sent.
6. Prices
Until we agree to different terms in writing, prices on this site are:
- Lead Path Map — $750. Paid diagnosis. Credited toward Dispatch Build if Build starts within 14 days.
- Dispatch Build — $3,000 one-time. Quote form and missed-call catch, owner ping, homeowner receipt, saved record, status sheet, launch check, for one business.
- Response Care — $500/month. Keep the path live: monitoring, small copy and delivery fixes. Month-to-month. Always attached to a Build. Cancel with 30 days’ written notice to brenden@venturestacklabs.com.
Install and care together are “$3,000 to install, $500 a month to keep it watching.” Extra numbers, extra locations, Jobber sync, dashboards, and custom integrations are out of scope unless written. Prepaid install fees pay for scoped work already agreed; they are not a refundable deposit unless writing says so.
7. Your responsibilities
You give accurate owner contact details. You do not ask us to text purchased lists, scrape numbers, or record calls. Call recording stays off. If you control a number that receives our texts, you honor STOP on that line.
8. Calls and recording
We do not record calls. Tex. Penal Code § 16.02 makes it a crime to intercept a wire, oral, or electronic communication without the consent of at least one party. Some other states require all-party consent. Because callers and shops may sit in those states, ResponseOp does not record audio.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent Texas law allows, ResponseOp is not liable for lost jobs, lost profits, or messages blocked by a phone company. For paid work, total liability is limited to fees you actually paid in the three months before the claim. Some Texas consumer protections cannot be waived; nothing here waives a right Texas law says you keep.
10. Governing law
Texas law governs these terms. Disputes may be brought in a Texas state court or a United States district court sitting in Texas, unless writing with you says otherwise.
